Texas pesticide applicator certification
The Texas Department of Agriculture licenses agricultural pesticide applicators; Texas A&M AgriLife Extension's Pesticide Safety Education Program publishes the study manuals. Commercial and noncommercial applicants must pass the General Standards (core) exam plus at least one category exam. Exams are administered by Metro Institute and require 70% to pass.
